PROPERTY MAINTENANCE, ZONING/QUALITY OF LIFE ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF SWEEP

WASHINGTON, D.C. – July 29, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — The Jefferson Parish Department of Property Maintenance Zoning Quality of Life conducted a sweep in Council District 3 on Thursday, July 23, 2015.

The streets included in the sweep were 4th Street, Ames Boulevard, Eiseman Avenue, Field Street, and Pine Street. Property Maintenance issued 41 citations to properties for various violations, including structures in disrepair, high grass and weeds, and inoperable vehicles.

Five vehicles were tagged for removal. Cox Communications participated in the sweep and found 15 unauthorized cable connections.
