Having a new Coldwell Banker Pelican Real Estate branch office in the Broussard and Youngsville area will make Linda Myers’ work a little easier
It made sense to establish a location in the area, said Steven Hebert of Coldwell Banker Pelican.
A grand opening was held Wednesday for the latest Coldwell Banker Pelican Real Estate location on Albertson’s Parkway.
The technology includes an interactive kiosk with a large-screen monitor for clients to view area listings.
It’s also available in the café, Hebert said, a room equipped with wireless Internet for agents and their clients.
