Mayor Mitch Landrieu and the Board of Directors of the New Orleans Business Alliance (NOLABA), the public-private partnership charged with economic development for the City of New Orleans, has hired Quentin L. Messer, Jr. to lead NOLABA as president and CEO effective July 1, 2015. He has most recently served as assistant secretary for Louisiana Economic Development (LED)
