Mayor Landrieu, Stirling Properties, JCH Development to Celebrate Grand Opening of Magnolia Marketplace in Central City

NEW ORLEANS – March 13, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — Tomorrow, Mayor Mitch Landrieu will be joined by representatives from Stirling Properties, JCH Development and local officials to celebrate the grand opening of Magnolia Marketplace. The $24.4 million shopping center will fill a major retail gap in the heart of Central City along the Claiborne Avenue corridor.

Magnolia Marketplace is located on 6.5 acres bounded by Clara Street, Washington Avenue, Toledano Street and Claiborne Avenue. Magnolia Marketplace tenants include Ross Dress For Less, T.J.Maxx, Michaels, PetSmart, Shoe Carnival, ULTA Beauty and Raising Cane’s.
